Appeal a flagged clip.

If one of your clips was flagged and the views are real, show us your analytics. Most clippers are honest, and real views are easy to prove.

Find the clip ID. It's on the report next to your clip, and looks like R-7K2M9Q. Ask the campaign manager if you don't have it.
Open your clip's analytics. On TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, take a screenshot showing total views, traffic sources and average watch time.
Fill in the form and send it. You get a written decision with reasons. A person reviews any decision you disagree with.
